We are also registered to remove and dispose of hazardous waste and offer a full service from product identification, if required, through to collection with qualified ADR drivers and appropriate disposal.

Now we have left the EU, The Control of Pesticide Regulations is in a transitionary phase. In order for Algae Remover and Algae Remover Concentrate to stay on the market they must have both held COPR approval previously which they both did.
A dossier has been prepared by ICL, my raw materials supplier and both my products and trade names are included and supported in the GB BPR Product Family Dossier. This confirms the products are supported under GB BPR for sale and supply in Great Britain. The GB Article 95 List includes ICL, this confirms that they are supplied to me by a supported source – ‘BPR Authorisation Holder: Industrial Chemicals Ltd’. This process could take 3 years.
